With the current and future restrictions on travel and the cancellation and/or postponement of the large wine trade fairs it’s time for wine producers and wine importers to think about doing business differently.

Well known for our 20 year history of organising Wine Pleasures B2B Workshops in Italy and Spain we have now adapted our B2B events for the wine import-export industry and we are pleased to announce our new online wine trade event: Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop The Americas

How does it work?

Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop The Americas is an online event for wine producers from around the world to meet with wine importers, distributors and the on and off trade looking to source new wines. The programme consists of an online B2B meetings meeting tool “My Wine Pleasures” which enables you over 3 days to schedule meetings with wine importers with active sales channels and actively looking to source new wines. With the absence of In person trade events the Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop The Americas puts you quickly in contact with buyers with current and/or near future demand.

Programme

Tuesday 13 April – Thursday 15 April – The Americas

Wine producers are provided with a list of wine importers – distributors who are interested in holding a meeting.
Wine producers also receive a list of registered importers so that they too can select certain buyers to meet with.
Both parties receive a meeting schedule on Monday 12 April

1. Registration fee:

Registration fees are due as soon as Wine Events Worldwide confirms place and once paid are non refundable.

2. Winery details:
The winery representative is responsible for completing their own profiles with a photo of the participant, the company logo, full information of all wines (max 10) available for export.

3. Event platform:
Wine Events Worldwide website reserves the right, without penalty, to change event features, dates, venue and/or online platform as it deems necessary for the successful delivery of the event.

4. Event cancellation:
In the event that Wine Events Worldwide cancels the event for any reason other than Force Majeure, Wine Events Worldwide shall refund the event participation fee payments made. In the event that Wine Events Worldwide cancels or postpones the event or otherwise amends or alters the event due to circumstances beyond its control (“Force Majeure” and including without limitation, any war, government action, strike, lockout or other industrial action), Wine Events Worldwide will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the winery or repayment of any monies to the winery.

5. Missed meetings. Should the winery or buyer be late or miss their live interview slot for whatever reason or should either party experience technical hitches due to internet connectivity or device configuration then Wine Events Worldwide accepts no responsibility for this loss. In such cases Wine Events Worldwide will provide direct contact details of meeting participants for them to connect at a future date at own convenience.

6. Event platform “My Wine Pleasures”
The winery agrees to abide by the rules, terms and conditions of the online event platform.
7. Indemnity:
The winery hereby indemnifies and holds Wine Events Worldwide harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, which are incurred by the the winery, its agents and employees in connection with participating in the event.

8. Miscellaneous:
a) Unless the winery has a valid EU Vat Nº, 21% VAT will be added to the published prices. Spanish registered companies are not exempt from VAT.
b) The terms of this Contract are confidential and for winery use only.
c) This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
